libfcgi-ruby1.8 software package provides Transitional package for ruby-fcgi / libfcgi-ruby1.8, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfcgi-ruby1.8
libfcgi-ruby1.8 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfcgi-ruby1.8 package were installed using the commands given below,
